In this fitness planner, you can use as much or little detail as you would like from tempo, reps, weight, type of workout, warm up etc. to tailor it to your needs. The planner is broken down into 3 blocks so you can track your progress over a set period of time and allow for status check ins. Depending on the number of days you work out per week with a minimum of 3 days up to 6 days, each block can last from 4 to 8 weeks. Its all about how YOU utilize it for YOUR goals. However you choose to pursue your goals, today is a good day to choose YOU.
