Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow 3-5 business days for processing for oils, butters, and balms. Soaps are sold based on whats currently in stock as they are made in advance. Soap orders will have a faster processing time of 1-2 business days if they are purchased ALONE. If it is purchased with any other products, please allow for the longer processing time as items will not be shipped separately.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES/RETURNED PACKAGES
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday First Class or Priority Mail with an option for Priority Express as well via USPS within the United States to the shipping address listed at the time an order is placed. If the address submitted is incorrect, please contact us as soon as you realize the error. If it is has not shipped, we will updated the address accordingly.
Once your order has shipped, you may attempt to have the package rerouted by contacting USPS. Per USPS, there is a fee associated with rerouting or intercepting a package for which you as the consumer will be responsible for covering.
If a package is returned or marked as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the package to the correct address.
We make every effort to pack your order securely, occasionally a package will become damaged while in transit to its final destination. While we are not responsible for any damage that occurs once it leaves our hands, we will work with you to replace your order by filing a claim with USPS. We just ask that you provide visual proof by sending pictures to our email address, firstname.lastname@example.org
Cale and Simone is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered to the address on file per the delivery confirmation.
Once you have opened a claim with the shipping carrier and received a claim number, please contact us at email@example.com so that we may be of further assistance.
